Looking for interesting and new chicken recipes to try. We eat a lot of chicken as we’re on a pretty tight budget and I’m running out of newer recipes. Preferably things with veggies (limited mushroom and tomato, hubby doesn’t like either). Currently our rotation includes fajitas, tacos, alfredo, fried chicken, roasted chicken, on rare occasions coq au vin, and pulled bbq chicken. I will throw in about 3-4 non-chicken recipes for every two weeks so other main dish recipes are welcome, but most of what I cook is chicken.
