I'm wanting to make some Cinnamon rolls. I searched through some pretty good recipes and found one that lots of people liked. But each roll would have 36g of sugar. That's just too much for me. I dont mind the sweetness going away to some extent, but in things like the filling and icing, it's pretty much all sugar. So if I take the sugar away I get less substance (filling and icing). So how should I replace the surgar, and with what if I'm even able too.
