I have about 10 green bell peppers on the turn so I want to use them asap.
I don't have much freezer space at all and don't really want to stuff them as I've done that a few times now and 1) it's getting boring and 2) it means we only eat about 1 each and I have to freeze the rest.
I'm so out of inspiration, any ideas?
