Russian Potato Salad

I'm looking to recreate at home something I ate at my daughter's friend's house. Family is definitely Russian.

Potatoes, pickles, peas, hard-boiled eggs, some kind of meat, something creamy to hold it together.

Nothing Google offers me looks quite right (no carrots, not vegetarian, not kosher...). I searched here and the recipe had been deleted.
