I've gotten pretty good at the standard baked chicken thing with the herbs and crispy skin and all that, and I'd like something a little more complicated than BBQ sauce and grilling them, but I bought a buttload of chicken thighs anyway and now I don't know what to do with them.
Anything creative or interesting you guys like to make with chicky thighs?
