Hello everyone!
My partner recently lost his grandfather and with him also lost a beloved childhood recipe his grandfather would make for him. I would love to surprise him with this dish but I'm not sure what is going on here. Could someone help me out?
I've included a youtube video with the food in question. it is the triangular breads made in what looks like a divided cast iron skillet.
