ISO of the recipe to the grilled Mexican chicken like you’d find from El Pollo Loco or alike.

This grilled crispy dry skin chicken has got a variable taste of sour and salty and could be spicy with a moist interior. Would love to be able to make this at home. Any help or direction is appreciated!
