Hi all!
Entering a big city wide chili cook off in a few weeks and wondered if you guys had a good chili base recipe! I need to make 64-80+ quarts of it for the competition and would like some input! I plan on smoking a Tri Tip or brisket for use with some bacon instead of using ground beef but have no idea how much to use! Thanks for the insight!
