I am interested in doing unusual pancakes. I have made carrot cake pancakes, banana caramel, savory with broccoli, sausage and cheddar, and of course chocolate chip. I would like suggestions for recipes to try or combinations that I can create recipes for. Some I have going are fresh pureed strawberry pancakes, chai spice pancakes, coffee pancakes, maybe pizza pancakes?
