Hi there! A very nice friend has given me about 5 pounds of spices brought from Turkey! I have sumac, black cumin, zerdacal (tumeric maybe?), one labeled curry, and one labeled cajun. I have been making yogurt chicken dishes with the spices but I was hoping for more variety. I don't know what these mixes are for, and this is enough spice for a year for me!! Does anyone here know of easy to make Turkish recipes that include these spices? I have so much I don't know where to begin. Thank you!!
