I want to start my journey into baking with probably my favorite yet most simple desert. Cheesecake. The only problem is there are so many variations of it online. Using gelatine, flour, egg, heavy cream, etc... Could someone reccomend the most barebones recipe. It doesn't have to be the best cheesecake or even good tasting. I just would like a starting point. Thanks!
