I normally just marinade stuff in some sauce and cook that. Then I’ll season tilapia with lemon pepper and cook it with a tomato paste sauce. But I want more ideas on what to do. Mainly marinades. I want something other then soy sauce or teriyaki base to cook with.
I just turned 21 too so stuff with alcohol is good too.
(Also nothing cheesy or creamy, I’m not allergic I just really dislike that)
