Shredded Pork Tacos recipe

Ingredients
- 4 pounds of pork shoulder
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 small white onion finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of dry oregano
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Stir all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Put on the lid and let the pork shoulder cooker for 7 h on low.
- Once the time is up, drain the pork shoulder and shred it then stir it back into the pot.
- Spoon the shredded pork into tortillas or taco shells then serve them with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
