Ingredients
- 1 cup of vanilla milk unsweetened
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions

Combine the milk with yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla in a mixing bowl then whisk them until they are well blended.
