I used to go to a restaurant that has since shut down that made a "beat and mango goat cheese" that went on a burger. It was soft and spreadable and was a shade of purple. There were chunks in it that I am guessing were the mango.
I am trying to find out how to flavor goat cheese so I can make something similar. I have been looking online but most recipes are very basic salt/pepper/oil types or are just crusted around the exterior of the goat cheese.
If anyone can help me here I would really appreciate it.
