I baked riceflower bread and i got two problems. Please help me fix it?
- It did not rise before i put it in the oven
- It was a bit dry (between bread and scones)
ingredients: - 300 grams white rice flour - 200 grams brown rice flour - 7 grams yeast - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1 eating spoon oil - 1 eating spoon sugar - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon salt - 400 milliliters water
Instructions:
Put the dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
Put the other ingredients one by one in the bowl and mix good before you put another ingredient in (water is the last thing you put in).
Put butter all over the bakingtin.
Put dough in tin and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake on 220 celcius for 30 minutes.
