Redneck Joe's Better Than Meth Macaroni Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (1 lb) Cream Cheese, room temp
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine cheese, egg, flour and milk in blender and blend well.
CUSTOMIZING:
To make macaroni pizza, place all ingredients into a large ziploc bag.
Cut out and place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray and bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
Serve hot topped with homemade sauce.
