Hello all, me and my girlfriend absolutely adore Italian food but we wanted to add a little more to our meals other than our main dishes. I want to prepare an Italian meats and cheese platter but I’m not very educated on what meats and cheeses to buy and was wondering if any of you can help me out so I can know what essentials to buy.
I’m not sure how pricing goes when it comes to these meats and cheeses but cheap and delicious cuts would help.
It’ll just be me and her eating so not so much is needed, just the essentials. Thank you!
