What is you favorite go to chocolate chip cookie recipe?

I love chocolate chip cookies! Would love to find more recipes to try.

Here's mine.

Chocolate chip and oat cookies

Ingredients 100g butter 100g brown sugar 150g self raising flour 1 egg 75 to 100g chocolate chips 75g oats

Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Cream butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix. Fold in the flour, oats and chocolate chips. Make balls ( you should get around 20 cookies) and put on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
