It's only for two people, needs to be plant based, rather than strict vegan, so I can get away with a little cheese if necessary.
I've a really well stocked cupboard, tins of beans, dried lentils, a full range of spices, pasta, rice etc etc-my store cupboard is actually ridiculous.
I have fresh lemons, limes, rosemary, basil, thyme, chives. Onions, potatoes, garlic, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots,
Plus frozen veg. I even have veg based margarine for pastry etc.
Help???
