Ok. I need help Reddit. A couple years ago, Costco used to carry a line of frozen baguettes that were absolutely amazing. “Bridor” was the brand name. I tried three different baguette recipes but they didnt turn out as the ones from Bridor.
If anyone knows what im talking about and has a recipe that has a similar outcome to those baguettes please PM me!
