Hi! I have this recipe:
And I use it all the time to bake cookies. They turn out pretty well! But I don't have a cookie sheet right now. Is it likely to turn out well if I make the batter and bake it in a cast iron skillet at 400? I also have a glass pan.
(I can't use the glass pan as a cookie sheet because it's very thick at the bottom and curves a lot at the sides, I'd only be able to make about six cookies at a time and they'd have curves.)
