(I'm allergic to beans, so those are a no-go)
I've always had issues with hard bowels due to low fiber intake (runs in my family), so I usually try to eat a little fruit every day, but I don't think it's enough. I would like to incorporate more vegetables into my lunch and dinner.
Usually I just eat small salads, broccoli/cauliflower tossed in a little vinaigrette, asparagus spears, or occasionally corn, but that's about it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
