Ingredients:
1.shrimp or prawns 250 grams
2.oil 2tbsp
3.cinnamon sticks 2
4.cloves 6
5.cardamom 2
6.onions 2
7.Tomatoes 2
8.Turmeric 1tsp
9.salt 1 tsp
10.chilli powder 1 tsp
11.ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
12.coriander powder 1 tsp
13.garam masala 1 tsp
process:
1.Add oil to the pan.Add all the whole spices(cardamom,cinnamon,cloves) and mix them well
2.Add onion pieces ,fry them well then add ginger garlic paste and fry them till raw smell goes away.
3.Add turmeric,tomatoes and cook them till tomatoes are well cooked and oil gets released
4.Add prawns and cook till prawns are fully done
5.Add salt,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala and mix everything well
- cook this till masalas are coated well and switch off the flame when you see oil from the sides of the pan
