This is so filling, healthy, and tastes freakin amazing. I’m pretty sure this is vegan, but correct me if I’m wrong
INGREDIENTS - mushrooms - sprouts - chickpeas (1 can) - hummus - cucumber - olive oil - worcestershire - sea salt - cayenne - ground ginger -Dijon mustard - garlic
STEPS
CHICKPEAS 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees 2. Drizzle olive oil on cooking tray and put the chickpeas on the tray, coat in olive oil 3. Put in oven until golden brown 4. Sprinkle cayenne on chickpeas after they are finished roasting
MUSHROOMS 1. Put a small amount of olive oil and worcestershire in a pan on 60% heat 2. Add a tiny pinch of garlic, salt, and Dijon mustard 3. Throw in the mushroom slices and sautee them in there
Then put everything else into a bowl (you can just eyeball the amount) and sprinkle some ginger on top!
