Homemade Natural Protein Powder/Mass Gainer [HOMEMADE]

Ingredients : Oats 500g Peanuts 500g Almonds 500g Low Milk powder 500g Soy beans 500g Cocoa powder 250g (optional)

Equipments required :

 •Frying pan •Stove •Mixer grinder 

Preparation time : 30 minutes max

Directions :

•Roast oats and almonds for 10 mins, Peanuts and soy beans for 15 mins(each ingredient seperately).

•Remove the skin from peanuts. Transfer it to the grinder jar and add half of the roasted oats. Grind this mixture together and transfer to a container when the preferred powder texture is attained(check the first comment for visual reference)

•Same way grind Almonds and rest half of the oats together.

•Soy beans to be grinded seperately.

•Now add low fat milk powder and cocoa powder to the mixture and mix it well.

•Sweetener options : Stevia Palm jaggery brown sugar

Note : For weight gain consume 100g in one serving. For weight loss consume 50g in one serving. Check my comment for nutritional data
