I remember Goya had the disks for baking just a couple of years ago. The instructions on the package indicated whether the disks were for frying or baking. Now, I can only find the disks for frying - the package only has instructions for frying. Thing is, their website says the disks can be cooked either way, but I thought the frying/baking dough recipes are distinct for the two cooking methods. I'm curious if anyone has tried baking with the Goya dough that gives instructions for frying, only.
