So I have a friend coming to stay with me and he cant eat anything with wheat flour or sugar in it. Natural sugars like fruit is fine though. But I'm throwing a welcome dinner with a few of our close friends and when looking up recipes online they either are all super health conscious and all about eating light and not being super heavy or filling and stuff but we're beer and wings people. So does anybody have any recipes that dont have flour or sugar but can still kind of be classified as bar type food?
