Seasoned fried chicken stuffed with herbed butter.
Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken Breasts
- Softened Butter
- Vegetable Oil
- Chopped Tarragon
- Chopped Dill
- Chopped Rosemary
- Chopped Thyme
- Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
- Cracked Eggs Mixed In a Bowl
- Bowl Of Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions
- In a bowl mix together your butter, tarragon, dill, rosemary, and thyme. Spoon your herbed butter in the middle of some plastic wrap and roll tight into a small log, seal tight and place in the freezer for a few hours or until it gets hard.
- Place your chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound it thin with a mallet or pan. Season your chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Place your herbed butter in the middle of your flattened chicken breasts. Using plastic wrap roll and wrap your chicken breasts tight and seal. Stick tooth picks in the end of your chicken to keep it rolled tight. Refrigerate for about two hours.
- Take your toothpicks out and remove from the plastic wrap. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil.
- Dredge your herbed butter rolled chicken in your egg wash. Coat in your bread crumbs, fry your chicken kiev all around for about 15 minutes and golden brown. #recipesbyvance
