Most ginger snap recipes I've found are soft and chewy, which I love in a cookie, but since this will be my first time making ginger snaps, I want to use a recipe that's well suited to being rolled out and cut into shapes and such rather than play around with a recipe. While I'm hoping for a cookie that's on the crunchier side, I'm down for a softer/chewier cookie if it holds up well for cookie cutter-ing! Thanks! :)
