- Ingredients
- 1- 1oz package Instant pistachio pudding
- 3 C Whipped Topping
- 1- 20oz can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 C Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 C Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 C Chopped Maraschino Cherries
- Instructions
- First make the pistachio pudding as directed on the box. If you are using fat free milk use 1/4 C LESS milk. Chill pudding in refrigerator for about 15 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.
- Next add the whipped topping followed by the crushed pineapple including the juice, walnuts, and chopped cherries
- Do not add any juice from the cherries. I dabbed them with a paper towel before chopping them.
- Chill salad for about an 1 hour before serving
