Hard to search because everything online just points to butter beer from Harry potter. I've made a few batches and it only seems to work if I mix in corn starch to thicken to make up for the added liquid. 1 good batch out of 5 so I'm wondering if anybody has played around with it.
I'm thinking I need to drastically lessen the beer (have been putting 1/4 cup) as the flavor comes through well but the added moisture has been a problem.
