INGREDIENTS
Egg - 4 large eggs
Milk - 250ml
Sugar - 1 Cup of sugar
Nuts - for decoration(optional)
Step-1 Add 4 eggs and a half cup of sugar and blend it.
Step-2 Add milk to this mix and Keep it aside.
Step-3 Add a half cup of sugar in a pan and heat on low flame. Don't stir but swirl.
Step-4 When sugar becomes dark brown off the flame and pours the caramel to your desired bowl.
Step-5 Add nuts to the caramel
Step-6 Pour the egg and milk mix to the caramel.
Step-7 Bake it at 160-degree Celcius for 45 to 55 minutes. Pour water to the oven tray for a hot bath.
Step-8 And Refrigerate for 6 hours.
