I'm 15 and are about a quarter way through my Gcse food preparation and nutrition course. Over half term I have been asked to find a recipe of something that meets the following -Prepared in approximately 1hr45mins -Rich in calcium and/or iron (The lower grade students have to go for one, higher ones should do both) -Challenging to produce (skills) I have spent about 8 hours now trying to find or come up with something but I'm finding it impossible as most recipes are easy and simplified! Does anyone have something that will meet the criteria above for a higher student? If you can help I'd really appreciate it!
