My wife and her family are from the Detroit area, and frequently complain that the Chinese restaurants here in Arizona serve totally different food than they’re used to. I need recipes specifically for the egg rolls and almond chicken that Detroit-area Chinese restaurants would serve. If there are any other Chinese food variations that are specific to that area I’d love to have recipes for them as well. Thanks!
