Greek French Fries or Tots

  • 1 bag of frozen tots or french fries
  • Spice mix (see below)
  • Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions Preheat oven according to package directions.

Tin foil a cooking sheet and spread out the tots/fries in a single layer.

Drizzle with olive oil and run your hands over them to get all sides of the tots/fries lightly coated, but you don't have to be too fussy about it.

Sprinkle with spice mix and bake according to package directions.

Put crumbled feta in a bowl with a serving spoon and let people sprinkle on top of tots/fries at will.

Done.

Note: It's cheaper to buy a block of feta and chop it in a food processor. It only takes a few seconds and comes out great.

Spice Mix

2 teaspoons of: * salt * granulated garlic powder * dried basil * dried oregano

1 teaspoon of: * ground cinnamon * coarsely ground black pepper * dried parsley * dried rosemary, minced * dried marjoram

1/2 teaspoon of: * ground thyme * ground nutmeg

Mix spices well in a bowl. Place in jar with lid or in a zippy bag. You will have a LOT left over even after this recipe.
