Ingredients of Flaxseed Wraps
1/2 cup of ready milled flaxseed/linseed
1-2 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 tsp Cummings
1/4 tsp turmeric
Directions of Flaxseed Wraps
Heat the oil with the cumin and turmeric in microwave for 20 secs, add to the flaxseed/linseed slowly and mix with a spoon. ( add a little oil, mix, add a bit more oil then mix again). You shd get a crumbly looking type of texture. Add water slowly until you get a gooey, sticky texture. Keep mixing until it becomes dough like. Leave uncovered for about an hour. Sprinkle a little baking coconut flour on a surface and roll out like you would pastry. Heat up 1/2 tsp of olive in a frying pan until hot, place the wrap in the frying- flipping over after a couple of minutes. Shd be done abt 5-7 minutes. Chuck in whatever keto fillings you want. I used bacon, egg and mayo in mine.
You might want to put a pinch of salt in the mixture to give it a 'taste lift' otherwise it was relish and satisfied my bacon sarnie cravings.
