Evening all,
Im looking for some quick high protein recipes that can be cooked at the weekend then frozen, so that they can be Tupperware'd & will last me all week for my lunch at work.
Any help would be appreciated :)
I've been dieting since Jan and have dropped 30lbs... now im looking to go on a very clean bulk and put some decent muscle mass on... if that helps at all! Muchas gracias
