My current goal is to derive a general formula for everclear mixed moonshine. I have found the most popular mix, apple pie moonshine, to be made through boiling the non alcoholic ingredients together (drink and sugar/spices) for a durration of time, adding the everclear, then cooling for a durration of time. What I want to know is whether or not I can take this proccess and use it on other fruit mixes. My goal is to make one with lemonlime juice, a fruitpunch mix, and maybe a pineapple mixture. I want to know what I ought to consider when generalizing this process.
