In desperate need of a stuffing recipe!

Ok so I just searched stuffing on reddit for a recipe and all that came up was belly stuffing and panty stuffing. I've learnt my something new for the day!

My mom usually hosts Thanksgiving, and my children's father has a separate Thanksgiving with them in addition to ours. My mom makes incredible stuffing which is always the best part of the dinner. And, according to my kids, their dad makes unbelievable stuffing as well. I'm in charge of hosting this year, so I need something that can stand up to their recipes, please! We're Canadian so the holiday is just around the corner. The stuffing cannot have seafood or pork in it, everything else is fair game!

Request: Asada Street Taco and white queso Blanco recipes

So over the past 5-6 months I have been eating Asada street tacos 1-2 times a week from a local Hispanic restraunt near me. I have order the same items for the most part and a side of white queso Blanco.

How to make box pancakes a little better

I just moved so I don’t have a lot of cooking or baking food yet. Groceries can be expensive so I have pretty limited ingredients for the time being. My friend get me a box of pancake mix and I was wondering if there is anything I can add to it to make it any better? The recipient just asks to add water. This is what I have in the house:

Milk, butter, eggs, sugar, flower, powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla.

Searching for ambrosia recipes

I’m looking for a recipe similar to the way my grandmother made what my family calls ambrosia. It is unlike any recipes I might find with a google search, mostly in that it does not include sour cream. My grandmother made a big bowl of fruit in juice basically. Skinned grapefruit and orange slices and a can of regular fruit cocktail is all that I know goes in. I would love to collect any recipes that sound similar to this that you all may have.

Anybody got a recipe for Mushi Chukamen Japanese pasta noodles?

Mushi Chukamen is the noodle used in the Japanese dish Yakisoba, and it's not easy to get on your own unless yoy buy instant Yakisoba and take out the noodles. Anybody got a recipe for it?

Need ideas for what to do with a couple filet mignons other than normal steak

Its a long story but I ended up with six pretty good sized nice filet mignons. Its only my wife and I so we can only feasibly have two a night but don’t want normal steak three nights in a row. (I would normally not have steak three nights in a row but I would prefer to not freeze such good pieces of meat)

Any ideas of what to do with the extra two nights of filets?
