Hello! I want to cook something really nice for my boyfriend as a treat. The problem is that he has diabetes and I don't want to make something unhealthy for him (sugar and dough stuff).
I am thinking meat and vegetables with a sauce. For dessert, I am completely stumped since all deserts I know how to make use a lot of sugar. He is unfortunately careless and eats all kinds of sugar, but I want this meal to be both delicious and healthy to show him that you can have the best of both worlds.
I would appreciate suggestions for both the main course and the dessert.
