Broccoli Tots Recipe - Easy way to help your toddler eat more vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 Broccoli,
  • half of onion,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 ts of Greek yogurt,
  • a little bit of red pepper,
  • 2 ts of breadcrumbs,
  • cheese,
  • cilantro or parsley,
  • a little bit of salt and pepper if you’re already using it for your child’s dishes.

Process:

We will start with broccoli. Rinse it in a cold water and dice it in small peaces. I usually grade it but you can also use food processed just be careful you need rise texture. After you do that mix it with all other ingredients. Just have in mind that all of them have to be cut in very small peaces. After cutting I put everything in a big bowl and here’s how it looks like (here’s everything I used except egg, forgot to put it in before taking a picture.)
