Hey guys, I’m Italian, and I was just wondering how you guys usually cook pasta! I saw many spooky videos on the web with people dropping pasta inside cold water without waiting for it to boil...that’s a terrifying thing.
The right way to do that is:
1) Find a big pot 2) fill it with cold water 3) wait for the water to boil 4)Put some salt in the water 5)Drop your favorite type of pasta in it 6)Look for the cooking time on the pasta’s box 7) drain the pasta 8) add sauce (if you want a “diet friendly “ pasta just use oil and Parmesan cheese)
NEVER EVER drop pasta directly inside cold water...every time you do that a Sicilian old lady dies lol 😂 (that’s an Italian typical joke)
