Oatmeal with Blackberry Jam (97) cal

This healthy oatmeal recipe with blackberry jam is an easy way to give the old fashioned oatmeal a new look. I use use organic ingredients to make the jam from scratch without any added sugars.

Ingredients

Oatmeal Blackberry Honey Water

Oatmeal measurements and preparation

1/3 Cup of oatmeal

1/2 Cup of Water

Preparation

Add the 1/2 cup of water on a pan, once boiling add the 1/3 cup of oatmeal. Stir until desired consistency.

Blackberry Jam measurements and preparation Measurements

1/4 Cup of Blackberry

1/4 Cup of Water

1 tbsp Honey

Preparation

Add the 1/2 of water on a pan, once water is boiling add 1/2 cup of blackberries and the tbsp of honey, stir until syrup like consistency.

Calories 95

Add desired amount of blackberry syrup, each tbsp has an average of 12 calories. *Store leftover jam on a glass jar with a firm lid.
