Been craving a recipe for this forever, and got really tired of some of the "copycat recipes" that are posted online. I decided to do some data analysis on the published nutritional facts and ingredients lists to approximate a recipe for myself... then made and modified slightly to taste. Really happy with the results and simplicity, hope someone out there was looking for this as much as I was!
1/2 Cup Mayo (soybean oil based - Hellmans/Best Foods preferred)
3 1/2 Tablespoons Buttermilk
1 Tablespoon Ground Chipotle Pepper
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Water
1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Mix all ingredients together, makes approx. 1 Cup.
