hello, all. I have it in mind to make some fresh spinach fettuccine. My boyfriend's mother, who doesn't...love me, will be visiting next week, and I'm making dinner. So: fresh spinach fettuccine, and I need to impress the lady without going overboard. Cream, shellfish, and pork are no-gos. I have thyme, sage, basil, rosemary, tomato, jalapeños, and chives in my garden - don't need to use them, but can. Do the question, friends: what would you make?
