Simple Cheese Tea Topping

This is a recipe I decided to make as I couldn’t find a basic one to follow online. It by weight not volume, so pull out that kitchenScale.

(I also used the whipping bowl for kitchen Aid)

(This is also really good on some coffe & espresso drinks!) ———————————————— This makes (2) thick layers of topping, or (3) med layers.

20g (grams) Cream Cheese 20g (grams) Sugar 10g (grams) Half & Half 1/8th TSP (teaspoon) salt 100g (grams) Heavy Whipping cream —————————————— Directions:

  1. Mix by hand until well combined; Cream cheese, sugar, Half&Half, salt.
  2. Add Heavy Whipping cream, mix by hand until base is evenly mixed with Whipping cream.
  3. Beat on high speed until topping thickens (1minute +/- depending on mixer)(don’t overwhip). ——————————————- Thank you, -Bobbyleefarmer
