I’ve done a lot of googling to try to find the recipe for the soup they serve prior to meals at hibachi, the one with onions and mushrooms.
I’ve seen a variety of recipes including chicken broth, beef broth, chicken and beef broth, and vegetable stock.
What have you used that works for you? PLEASE give ratios/measurements because I’m terrible at guesstimating that stuff.
This is my favorite thing to eat and I can’t justify constantly ordering it for takeout when I’m sure it’s really easy!
