Hey guys here is a recipe for a breakfast I have most mornings. I have always loved scambled eggs but eventually they got a bit bland. So I decided to throw some turmeric in there one day and I was amazed by both the taste and the color!
Try them out!
Ingredients: - Coconut Oil - 3-4 Eggs - 1/4 -1/2 Avocado - 1 TBS of coconut milk (Or milk of your choice) - 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric - 1/4 Juice of lemon - Splash of olive oil - Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Place the egg, turmeric, coconut milk, salt and pepper together in a medium sized bowl. Whisk until combined.
Step 2: Place Coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Place avocado, lemon salt, pepper and olive oil in a small bowl and combine.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
