This is one of the kind dessert, easy to cook ! Impress your homies :)
Ingredients
- 250g milk
- 500g heavy cream
- 100-150g sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12g gelatin sheets
Tools
- Sauspan
- Spatula
- Ladle
- Small cups or ramekins
Directions
- In a medium large saucepan mix: milk, heavy cream , sugar and vanilla extract.
- Heat the mixture. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat. Do not boil.
- Soft the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes. Wring the gelatin sheets out and stir them into the warm Panna Cotta mixture until completely dissolved.
- Divide the mixture in 6 small cups or ramekins and cool to room temperature. Let it chill in fridge for at least 6 hours.
