Panna Cotta Dessert - One of the best Italian Desserts and very easy to prepare ! Check it out !

This is one of the kind dessert, easy to cook ! Impress your homies :)

Ingredients

  • 250g milk
  • 500g heavy cream
  • 100-150g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12g gelatin sheets

Tools

  • Sauspan
  • Spatula
  • Ladle
  • Small cups or ramekins

Directions

  1. In a medium large saucepan mix: milk, heavy cream , sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Heat the mixture. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat. Do not boil.
  3. Soft the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes. Wring the gelatin sheets out and stir them into the warm Panna Cotta mixture until completely dissolved.
  4. Divide the mixture in 6 small cups or ramekins and cool to room temperature. Let it chill in fridge for at least 6 hours.
